WHAT ARE T-BOD FITNESS CLASSES?
T-BODFITNESS CLASSES ARE A GREAT LAID BACK AND JUDGEMENT FREE WAY TO START OR MAINTAIN A GOOD WORKOUT ROUTINE. EACH CLASS IS A CIRCUIT THAT INCLUDES TARGETED STRENGTH TRAINING EXERCISES FOR THE UPPER AND LOWER BODY AS WELL AS FOCUSED CARDIO AND CORE WORKOUTS. NO ONE CLASS IS THE SAME. THERE ARE CONSTANTLY NEW EXERCISES AND FAVORITE OLD ONES MIXED IN TO EVERY CIRCUIT. EACH CLASS HAS A 10 MINUTE WARM-UP AND SOCIALIZING TIME FOLLOWED BY A 30-50 MINUTE WORKOUT PERIOD. EACH EXERCISE IS DEMONSTRATED AND EXPLAINED BY LEAD TRAINER TYLER LUNCFORD. SESSIONS ARE FUN AND EASY-GOING TAKE BREAKS WHENEVER YOU NEED. EVERY EXERCISE IN EACH CLASS CAN EASILY BE MODIFIED FOR NEW BEGINNERS ALL THE WAY TO ELITE ATHLETES AND EVERYONE IN BETWEEN!
