WHAT ARE T-BOD FITNESS
tEAM TRAINING SESSIONS?
Tbodfitness team training sessions are a customized exercise experience. Each session is a 30- 60 minute workout with top trainer Tyler Luncford. Each workout is specifically customized for everyone in the group's workout goals whether its losing weight or gaining muscle or even a little bit of both. Teams can consist of family members, friends, or sports teams during or on the off season. Tyler the trainer breaks down each exercise and explains the reason for doing them. Routines can be circuit style, strength, conditioning, sport or lifestyle centric, or a blend of all styles.
