WHAT ARE T-BOD FITNESS
1 on 1 TRAINING SESSIONS?

Tbodfitness personal training sessions are a customized exercise experience. Each session is a 30 - 60 minute workout with top trainer Tyler Luncford. Each workout is specifically customized for your workout goals whether its losing weight or gaining muscle or even a little bit of both. Tyler the trainer breaks down each exercise and explains the reason for doing them. Our body part targeted style training will have you looking and feeling the best you ever have.
